General Info
At 68,000 square feet, Lake Cunningham Regional Skate Park is the largest skate park in California. Featuring the world's largest cradle, tallest vert wall, and largest full pipe, LCRSP offers a wide variety of terrain for all skill levels to learn and enjoy!
Location

Lake Cunningham Regional Skate Park is located at the southeast corner inside
of Lake Cunningham Regional Park in east San José. Park entrance gates can be found on Tully Road and S. White Road (marked by Raging Waters signs); the skate park is located next to Parking Lot A.

Monday:   12:00 p.m. till sunset
Tuesday: BMX only
Wednesday: 3:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: BMX only
Friday: 12:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m.
Skull Bowl only after 5:30 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. till sunset

Tuesday:   3:00 p.m. till sunset
Thursday: 3:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 5:30 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m.
Admission Rates

Participants that fail to bring their check-in ID card will be charged a $1.00 fee upon admission. If your card is lost or missing, please check with the front desk to see if you may have left your card behind from your last visit. If you are unable to locate your card, replacement cards can be purchased for $3.00. LCRSP is not responsible lost or missing check-in ID cards.
Rules & Regulations

- GENERAL -
Each participant must have a liability waiver on file before skating. If the participant is under 18, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver in person at LCRSP or the waiver must be notarized. Faxed waivers, pre-signed waivers, or phone calls will not be accepted.

All skaters must wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads at all times while skating.

Only skateboards and inline skates with composite wheels are allowed. BMX bicycles are only are only allowed during designated posted times.

- BMX -
Only BMX, hard tail MTB, dirt, and freestyle bikes are allowed. No tandem, 10-speed, or non-BMX model bikes allowed.

All wheel sizes are welcome.

All handlebars must have end caps or grips that cover the end of the bars.

Pedals must be aluminum/magnesium or plastic (plastic is preferred).

Pegs may be used as long as they are plastic. Pegs with holes, serrations, grip tape, grooves, or any other type of surface may not be used and must be removed before entering the Skate Park.

Other equipment and parts, such as kickstands and reflectors, must be removed. If you have any questions about your bike's configuration, ask LCRSP staff before entering the Skate Park.

All riders must wear elbow pads, knee pads, and approved helmets.

Bikes are not allowed in areas with pool coping or other areas identified by staff.

Bikes are only permitted during designated sessions. Check for scheduled days and times. No exceptions will be made.

All other Skate Park rules apply.
Weather Closures

LCRSP will be closed to the public during wet and rainy weather. If you are unsure about current local weather conditions, please call the park in advance.
Rentals

LCRSP offers a limited amount of safety equipment for rent. Helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads are available for a flat rate of $5.00.
Pro Shop

LCRSP's pro shop offers all the necessary safety equipment at competitive prices, including gear by 187 and S-One. LCRSP t-shirts, hoodies, and other merchandise are also available for purchase. Contact us for current stock and prices.
