| 6.29.09 - JULY 8TH WEDNESDAY NIGHT SESSION EXTENDED HOURS |

| Hours will be extended till 10:30 p.m. for the Wednesday Night Session on July 8th. The park gates will close to the public at 8:45 p.m. and re-open at 10:15 p.m. |

| 6.24.09 - JULY 1ST REMINDERS, SKATE THE LAKE RESULTS, AND MORE |

| Effective July 1st, LCRSP will be closed when temperatures reach 100º F. Temperatures at LCRSP are at least 5º warmer than local temperature readings. Please call the park in advance if you are unsure whether a heat advisory will be in effect. For more information regarding heat advisory days, please refer to our General Info page. |

|
| Also effective July 1st, LCRSP will be charging a $1 fee for those that fail to bring their check-in ID card. If your card is lost or missing, please check with the front desk to see if you may have left card behind from your last visit. Replacement cards are also available for $3.00. |

| The results for the first round of the Skate The Lake Summer Contest Series are now posted on our Events page. While you're there, be sure to check out the flyer for the Mighty Mama Skate-O-Rama, taking place this Friday, June 26th at LCRSP. |

| Remember, full pads (knee and elbows) are required at LCRSP. Cut-off tube socks over the elbows do not constitute as pads. Please visit our General Info page for complete park rules and regulations. |

| 5.20.09 - SUMMER CAMPS 2009 |
|
| Summer Camps at LCRSP are designed for skateboarders and BMX riders of all ages and abilities. With exclusive access to the park, participants are able to focus on improving their personal abilities in the areas of speed, consistency, and tricks. Camps will consist of a one hour group lesson, with demonstration and practice time, open skating, and lunch. Skaters will meet at LCRSP every morning at 10:00 a.m., 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Skaters may enter themselves into one of three categories: Beginner, Intermediate and Advance. Each category will have its own friendly instructor for their specific level. The instructor will teach and demonstrate tricks that skaters can use to help them progress to the next level. The lessons and and instructions taught can be practiced at the skaters own pace and ability, even after lessons are completed. |

| Wednesday Night Sessions have been adjusted to accomodate Daylight Savings Time. The Lake Cunningham Park gates (both Tully Road and White Road) will be open until 7:30 p.m.. The White Road gate will re-open at 9:15 p.m., and sessions will end at 9:30 p.m.. |

| 12.23.08 - HOLIDAY HOURS, WEDNESDAY NIGHT SESSIONS, BMX UPDATE |

| LCRSP will be operating on Holiday hours from Monday, December 21st to Saturday, January 3rd. Hours are as follows: |

| Monday - Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. - 1/2 hour before sunset |
|
| Thursday: CLOSED (Christmas Day, New Year's Day) |
|
| Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 1/2 before sunset |

|
| The Wednesday Night Sessions for December 24st and 31st are off due to the Christmas/New Year's holidays. |

| 11.19.08 - NEXT WEDNESDAY NIGHT SESSION OFF |
|
| The Wednesday Night Session for November 26th is off due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Normal daytime hours of operation will remain the same. |

| 10.29.08 - WEDNESDAY NIGHT SESSIONS, UPDATED LINKS |
|
| Starting November 5th, LCRSP will be holding Wednesday night skate sessions from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Before participating in the night sessions, please note the following: |
|
|
| 1) The park will close to the general public at 5:30 p.m. Those wishing to stay for the night session must obtain a parking pass from an LCRSP staff member and have it diplayed in their vehicle. Failure to do so will result in vehicle being towed. |
|
|
| 2) The park will re-open at 6:00 p.m. to allow participants in for the night session. Only the White Road entrance will be open to admit participants in. Parking passes wil be distributed accordingly. |
|
|
| 3) The White Road entrance will close at 6:45 p.m. Those arriving afterwards will not be admitted in to skate. |
|
|
| 4) All participants must stay within the park for the entire session. |
|
|
