Amenities:	2 Bridges along Falls Creek Drive: one at Ruby Ave, and one across from Falls Creek Linear Park (between Mackin Woods Lane and Lambare Way)
Nearby Parks:	Falls Creek Park, Montgomery Hill Park, Evergreen Park
Trail Connections:	Fowler Creek Trail (via Falls Creek Linear Park), Yerba Buena Creek Trail, via San Felipe Rd or Montgomery Hill Park (undeveloped)

Location:	South bank, from San Felipe Road to Yerba Buena Road

Evergreen Creek Trail follows the creek between San Felipe Road and Yerba Buena Road. The unpaved trail offers views of the waterway and access to Montgomery Hill Park via a pedestrian bridge from Falls Creek Drive. Although the Montgomery Hill Park is not developed, you'll find dirt pathways for walking and running
