Description: The River Oaks Parkway serves as a link between North First Street (River Oaks Light Rail Station) and the City of Santa Clara's Rivermark area.  The pathway crosses over the Guadalupe River and includes several observation and seating areas. The paved trail is great for walking, running, cycling and skating.

The pedestrian bridge across the river was a joint project of the City of San Jose, City of  Santa Clara, Santa Clara Valley Water District, and the Valley Transportation Authority.

Bicycle commuters can use the River Oaks Parkway to connect to bicycle lanes on North First Street and River Oaks Parkway.
