Some northern reaches of the Lower Silver Creek Trail are currently open near Capitol Park, between Story Road and Bambi Lane.  The recently installed Dobern Bridge* at Bambi Lane provides pedestrian and bicycle access across Lower Silver Creek between Bambi Lane and Dobern Avenue.  In addition to the new Dobern Bridge, there are three other bridges across Silver Creek: one at Kammerer Ave, one at Lausett Ave, and one at Plata Arroyo Park.  Trail improvements are complete along Wenlock Drive between Story Road and Dumont Circle.  Visit the photo gallery for stunning before and after photos.

*Dobern Bridge and Trail project partially funded through a grant from the Santa Clara Valley Water District
