Greenprint

The Greenprint

The Greenprint is the City’s 20-Year Strategic Plan for Parks, Recreational Facilities and Programs.  The Greenprint is a guide for City staff and policy makers in the day to day decision making process, which provides opportunities to improve resident health and wellness through parks, recreational programs and facilities.  The updated plan was presented in the summer and fall of 2009, adopted by the city council as item 5.2 Greenprint update on the December 8, 2009 council agenda and will be the basis of the recreational input into the City of San Jose’s General Plan, qpdate, envision 2040.

The San Jose City Council adopted the Greenprint Update 2009 on December 8, 2009 with Council Resolution No. 75218.
