Thompson Creek Trail

Be aware that some reaches of the trail system may be impacted by planned and current Trail Closures

Description: Trail along Thompson Creek.  Currently in an interim condition, with dirt surface maintenance road.  Adopted master plan defines a trail system from Lake Cunningham Park at Tully Road to Heartland Way along San Felipe Road.

Status: A feasibility study was prepared in 2002 to determine if a continuous trail system could be developed along Thompson Creek.  A master plan was completed in April 2005 that indicated the precise alignment and recreational elements. An interim (unpaved) trail opened in June 2008 between Tully Road and Aborn Road.
