HOURS
- One hour before sunrise, one hour after sunset
RULES
- Bicyclists must yield to pedestrians and obey all traffic regulations.
- No fires, alcohol, or smoking.
- No motorized vehicles (except motorized wheelchairs).
- No Boating, rafting, fishing or swimming.
- Picnicking allowed only in designated areas.
- Clean up after pets.
- Dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times. Violators are subject to citation. (SJMC 7.08.590)
- All other San José Municipal Code and state laws shall apply to our trails.

- Concerns and complaints can be reported to 793-5510.
STATE OF CALIFORNIA RULES
- State Law requires that minors wear a helmet when riding along a trail.
- Bicycles riders (cyclists) on public streets have the same rights and responsibilities as automobile drivers and are subject to the same rules and regulations as any other vehicle on the road.
