Description: The Yerba Buena Creek follows the creek from
Evergreen Park along Estates Way to Silver Estates Drive. The trail has two bridges that cross
Yerba Buena Creek, one in Evergreen Park and one further up, near Creek
Estates. Across from Yerba Buena Road, is Evergreen Valley Community College
and Montgomery Hill Park.
